Unlimited revisions within scope are included. Use our image annotation tools (click directly on the image to mark changes) and video timeline marking (flag specific timestamps) to give precise feedback. Your dedicated professional implements changes promptly.
During onboarding, we ask for your brand guidelines, logo, color palette, tone of voice preferences, and access to your social media accounts. For some content types — especially short-form videos, UGC videos, and product-focused content — we may request raw video footage from you (e.g., footage of your location, products, team, or customers). We handle all editing, scripting, and post-production.
