During onboarding, you and your dedicated professional agree on a weekly content plan tailored to your business. You can always request additional content items on top of your plan at any time through the SMCMS platform. There are no per-item charges or post limits.

You are billed monthly on the date you subscribed. Payment is processed automatically via Stripe using your credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You will receive an invoice/receipt via email for every payment.

All services are non-refundable due to the personalized, manual nature of our digital content services. When you cancel, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for early cancellation.
