Refund Policy Overview
All CoreSocialMedia subscription services are non-refundable. This policy applies to both the Standard Package ($499/month) and VIP Package ($1,499/month). By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
CoreSocialMedia provides personalized, manually-produced digital marketing services. When you subscribe, our team immediately begins work on your account:
- Your dedicated Marketing Analyst or Manager is assigned and reviews your business
- Onboarding materials are collected and processed
- Your brand profile is created in our SMCMS system
- Your weekly content plan is developed collaboratively
- Content creation begins based on your brief, brand guidelines, and strategy
This work involves significant human labor and creative effort that cannot be “returned” like a physical product. You are paying for the creation of custom creative deliverables based on your specific brief, feedback, and revisions.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Service continues: Your subscription remains active and all services continue until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on day 5 of your billing cycle, you still receive the full remaining ~25 days of service.
- No further charges: After your current billing period ends, no further payments are charged to your payment method.
- Content ownership: All content created during your subscription belongs to you. You may download, use, and distribute it as you wish.
- SMCMS access: Your access to the SMCMS platform continues until the end of your billing period. After that, your account is deactivated.
- No partial refunds: We do not issue pro-rated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Satisfaction Commitment
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If content does not meet your expectations:
- Use the SMCMS platform’s image annotation and video timeline marking tools to provide precise feedback
- Request revisions — unlimited revisions within scope are included in your subscription
- Communicate with your dedicated Marketing Analyst or Manager about adjusting your content strategy
- Contact our team to discuss any concerns before deciding to cancel
Billing Disputes & Errors
If you believe there has been a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us at billing@coresocialmedia.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately pending resolution.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving service failure directly caused by CoreSocialMedia (e.g., extended platform downtime, complete failure to deliver any content over a full billing period), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial credit toward a future billing period. Such credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
