During onboarding, we ask for your brand guidelines, logo, color palette, tone of voice preferences, and access to your social media accounts. For some content types — especially short-form videos, UGC videos, and product-focused content — we may request raw video footage from you (e.g., footage of your location, products, team, or customers).
