- Provide brand materials, logos, social media credentials, and marketing briefs during onboarding
This information may include: your full name, email address, company name, business address, phone number, website URL, social media account information, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.
Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, you enter your payment details (credit card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address) directly on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. We never see, receive, store, or process your credit card information on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of certification available. Information Collected Automatically

- Calendly / TidyCal — Demo scheduling. Collects your name and email when you book a demo.
Each third-party provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We have data processing agreements in place with all providers.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Data Retention
- Active subscribers: Your personal information, content briefs, brand materials, and SMCMS data are retained for the duration of your active subscription.
- After cancellation: Your data is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends to allow for potential resubscription. After 90 days, your SMCMS account data is archived. After 12 months, personal data is deleted unless required by law.
- Content deliverables: All content created during your subscription belongs to you. We retain copies in our portfolio for up to 24 months unless you request removal.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 12 months, then deleted.
- Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics’ default retention settings (14 months).
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
